Brian Figgs is a Co-founder of The Avenue Team and has lived in the Philadelphia area for all of his life. He moved to the city of brotherly love in 1998, and now resides in the Northern Liberties area. He has a vast knowledge of all of the different neighborhoods in Philadelphia, as a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He works with clients all over the map; Philadelphia, the suburbs, Ocean City, NJ (shore Points) and South Jersey over the bridge.

Nick was born and raised in South Philadelphia and has lived in the city his whole life, giving him an intimate, firsthand knowledge of its diverse and eclectic neighborhoods. For eighteen years he worked as a project manager for an engineering firm, excelling at building close relationships with clients - nurturing their needs throughout the demanding process of new commercial construction. Throughout his career he developed a strong eye for space, planning, and design, eventually leading him to pursue his true passion: Real Estate.

I was born and raised in Cali Colombia. I moved to Aruba to continue studies in hotel and tourism. After finishing school in Aruba I moved to NYC where I lived for 10 years and worked in the travel and beauty industry.

I moved to Philadelphia with the opportunity of partnering & owning my own health clubs. I have been a successful entrepreneur for 20 years in Philadelphia. I absolutely have fallen in love with this city! I see opportunity everywhere here! I have always had a passion for real estate and started preparing for the right opportunity to enter the market as a realtor. The right moment is now with Coldwell Banker!
